Expert Workshop on the Wadden Sea Fish Community

The workshop is one of two fish expert workshops planned in the project “iSeal”, which is embedded in the sustainMare mission of the German Marine Research Alliance funded by the German Federal Ministry for Research, Technology and Space (BMFTR). “iSeal” aims to support the trilateral work in order to provide a robust scientific basis for assessing the status of fish community in the Wadden Sea. Existing structure like the Quality Status Report of the Common Wadden Sea Secretariat will be supported in order to identify effective options for nature conservation and sustainable management, in line with the Swimway Vision.
