The Pan-African Ornithological Congress (PAOC) is the most important and largest experts’ conference on African birds. Wadden Sea project PROWAD LINK approved to submit full application

At its meeting on 28 September 2016, the INTERREG Steering Committee gave approval for the Trilateral Wadden Sea Cooperation’s Expression of Interest (EoI) for funding of the project “PROWAD LINK”. Study "Nature protects Culture" acknowledges significance of Natura 2000 for UNESCO World Heritage sites

World Heritage banners donated to schools in Schleswig-Holstein

Sixteen schools in Schleswig-Holstein (Germany) are receiving a special gift: a series of banners, showing the satellite image of the entire Wadden Sea region, as well as images of the animal life in the area. On Thursday, 2 July 2016, the first banner was officially handed over to the Theodor-Storm School in Husum. The other schools will receive their banners in the coming days. [more]
