On 22-23 February, Communication Officers dealing with social media from the German Wadden Sea National Parks, the Dutch Programme Towards a Rich Wadden Sea and the Common Wadden Sea Secretariat as well as the Dutch Wadden Sea World Heritage Coordinator met in Hamburg.
The Programme towards a Rich Wadden Sea, together with the Province of Noord-Holland, Staatsbosbeheer and Rijkswaterstaat, prepared a short animation about the importance of dune dynamics.
A side event may be an initiative proposed, arranged and funded by individuals and organisations with a direct link to the Wadden Sea World Heritage.
Contribute to the topical collection „Biodiversity and Ecology of the Wadden Sea under changing environments“ in the journal “Marine Biodiversity”.
The 15th International Scientific Wadden Sea Symposium, planned for Büsum, Schleswig-Holstein (D) on 30 Nov - 3 Dec 2021, will now be held online.
Science and youth engagement are two of the key topics in this year’s Annual Report from the Common Wadden Sea Secretariat. There is also an update on all the activities of the Trilateral Wadden Sea Cooperation from 2021 – a year in which, despite lockdowns and restrictions has seen lots of things to celebrate.
